Qualified as a radiographer, before moving into Remedial Massage, Sally has since been running her own businesses for over the past 15 years. Her love of the great outdoors, art & creativity, and overall wellness has seen her embark on her next venture of Lulamuna retreats. 

Graduated with a BA Hons in Illustration, Allie is an incredible talent and has exhibited her artwork throughout the UK; From Young Illustrator of the year exhibition at Smiths Gallery, The Association of Illustrators Gallery in London, The Arts Centre in Bollington and paintings at ‘Summerfields’ at the Royal Collage of London in aid of the Art for Youth.  

YMCA Level 3 Diploma in Yoga with over 25 years of international yoga experience.

Her teaching style journeys from pranayama, flowing mindfully into Vinyasa and beyond the physical practice.

Qualified in 2021 at the Michael King Pilates Institute, Emma has over 10 years of experience in Pilates. Emma teaches her signature Pilates Chisel classes and is the creator of 'Diversions', a fusion of Pilates, Yoga and movement to increase your current practise. 

A professionally trained chef who is currently studying to be a Health Coach at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London. 

With over 20 years of experience her combination of physical work for the body & the technique of Meditating on the Natural Breath (Prana Samyama) provides the body with a feeling of deep relaxation. Alison’s Initial training was with Iyenga Yoga then Traditional Yoga Meditation and then more recently PDT with Judith Hansen Lassiter and Doug Keller.
